Room and bathroom were clean, and the location was convenient for the Brooklyn port. Lots of good restaurants within 20 mins walking distance, especially Thai. Cheaper than most motels locally and cheap for an Uber to the port too ($11).

If you want to be close to catch a cruise from the terminal, you can't get much closer than this. Doors have a deadbolt which is comforting.

This facility is a joke. I cant believe an app like booking hotel. com would even advertise a place like this. Very miss leading starters it is not a hotel motor inn is code for a motel. not only a motel but a sex motel where they are renting rooms by the hour. Every room is smoking even if they say its non smoking. The staff is clueless, rude, and dont want to make anything right. I had to switch 4 rooms to get one that still was not ok. I was giving a room with blood stains all over the mattress cover. to be moved to a room that was still in use. TO be moved to a room with no AC , no fridge, and porn on the tv soon as we turned the tv on, I was exposed to a threesome. and I called down he claim he was sending someone and never did. I went to complain to front desk he said there was nothing he could do until 1:00pm the next day. I was forced to sleep in 70+ degree wether all night until I had to get stern in the AM. I let him know of my frustration and he said it was nothing he can do and manager wont be in til Monday. He also let me know that porn on tv is normal in hotels in Brooklyn and we got switched again. To a room with fruit flies all in the shower relaxing, filthy walls, and holes in wall.

This hotel is located in a great area for ease of access and it has terrific parking. Outside lot and covered parking. The room was excellent and the bathroom looked like it was newly remodeled. The staff was also very friendly.
